'Gladstone', also called 'Gladstoniana', is a much-loved variety, known best for it's substantial size and superior blooming habits compared to other white water lilies. The flowers have a star shape, and are pure white surrounding a cluster of gold stamens. This variety grows fairly fast and will grow in deeper water than many varieties, making it an ideal choice for large, deep ponds. 'Gladstone' is among the first to bloom in the Spring, and will continue to bloom until frost!
