AquaActiv PondClear 500ml

Oase PondClear - Pond Water Claifier is part of the extremely effective range of Oase AquaActiv treatments and is designed to provide crystal clear pond water.

PondClear clears the water safely and quickly of floating particles that cause cloudiness, and thus increases the viewing depth. PondClear binds mineral particles, induced through clay particles, and organic suspended matter, that is caused by fish waste or dead vegetation (leaves or plant remains). Oase PondClear flocculates the specified suspended, cloudiness-causing particles. These particles can then be easily removed with the use of a pond vacuum such as the Oase Pondovac pond vacuum or fine net.

Oase PondClear works very quickly and improves the water quality of the pond through the removal of suspended waste. In addition, the algae nutrient, phosphate, is reduced at the same time.

Application:
100ml of Oase PondClear is adequate for 2,000 litres of pond water. Mix the required quantity with 10 litres of tap water and distribute over the surface of the pond. Clean the filter before and after use. Skim off the resulting flocculation as otherwise there may not be an adequate supply of oxygen. If there is no effect, increase the dosage by 50% to 100%. A pH Value of between 6.5 and 9.5 and a carbonate hardness >3°dKH are required for safe application. Immerse the test strips provided briefly, shake lightly and read after one minute. Add Oase OptiPond before and after use at KH <3°dKH.

Note:
If there is evidence of nitrite or in case of doubt, please verify sensitivity of fish in a separate container. Use of Oase PondClear is not advised if sturgeon are present. Fish may demonstrate intolerance in rare cases. In this case, replace 50% of the water, filter using activated carbon and ensure adequate aeration. Further applications are possible if turbidity recurs, but at the earliest after seven days.
